HR Advisor - The Vault Distribution Centre, Speke
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 39hrs per week

We’re looking for a passionate and driven HR Advisor to join our Distribution Centre in Speke.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performance HR team, a team that plays a vital role in keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a HR Advisor, you will be supporting our HR Business Partners with the day to day running of the HR Department. You will be providing managers with HR Advice, as well as supporting employees with their queries. On occasion, you might be asked to travel to other DCs in our network to support projects there, however this will be rare.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing sound HR advice to management and employees as appropriate
- Conducting Right to Work checks and maintaining our in-house trackers
- Conducting HR related investigations and disciplinaries when required
- Monitoring sickness/absence/performance of colleagues
- Supporting with general administration tasks, such as ordering uniform and updating colleague detail files.
- Getting involved with several HR related projects across the business.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who can communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business. You will need to be organised, and able to juggle multiple projects/cases at once. We are a diverse workforce, so an understanding of, and experience dealing with, different cultures is a must.
You’ll Need To Have
- High volume ER experience, ideally in a warehouse or factory environment
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR Best Practise
- Great time management and organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience of working within a unionised environment is desirable
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload.
