About The Role
This full-time, temporary HR Advisor position in Weston-super-Mare offers £20.49 per hour for an initial two-month assignment, commencing late October until the end of December. We are currently working with a well-established organisation to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a temporary basis for an initial two-month assignment starting in late October and running through to the end of December.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied HR role, is comfortable dealing with employee relations matters and can build trusted relationships with managers and colleagues across an organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll become an integral part of the People team, providing hands-on HR advice and support across a range of day-to-day people matters.
Your Role Will Include
- Advising managers on employee relations matters, helping them navigate situations confidently and fairly.
- Providing practical guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice.
- Supporting recruitment and ensuring key people processes are completed accurately and consistently.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider People function to provide a responsive HR service.
- Helping managers address people issues and find practical, proportionate solutions.
- Reviewing HR information and data to identify trends and support effective decision-making.
- Contributing to organisational change, workforce planning, and other people-related projects as required.
- Supporting improvements to HR processes and ways of working.
- Building positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What we're looking for
This role would suit an experienced HR Partner, HR Advisor, or Senior HR Advisor who is confident operating in a busy environment and can quickly get up to speed.

- Strong generalist HR experience.
- Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Experience handling employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Confidence advising and supporting managers.
- Experience with recruitment and wider employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- A calm, practical, and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- CIPD Level 5, working towards the qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
- A full UK driving licence.
