Salary: £40,000 Per Annum
Location: Luton/Hybrid - Commuting distance of Luton, 3 days in office
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage a caseload of ER matters - including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, and capability - from initial query through to resolution
- Draft and review letters, invite notices, outcome letters, and correspondence, ensuring they are accurate, fair, and legally sound
- Take part in policy reviews, keeping them current, accessible, and consistently applied
- Contribute to manager capability work - one-pagers, toolkits, and briefings that make it easier for managers to manage well
- Be an active ambassador for fast, firm, fair - the approach THN uses to manage performance and conduct - supporting its consistent application across the organisation
- Build partnering relationships with managers and team leaders across THN - being visible, accessible, and trusted

Who We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in an HR Advisory or HR Generalist role
- Sound working knowledge of employment law - able to advise confidently on common ER scenarios
- Experience managing or supporting ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, capability)
- Comfortable coaching and advising managers who are not HR specialists
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage a large caseload independently
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or working towards) (Desirable)
