Here at GXO, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Carlsberg Britvic team in Rugby.
You’ll be a trusted partner to line managers, providing timely, practical and comprehensive HR support while helping to shape and deliver the site’s HR strategy—both now and for the future.
This is a full-time, permanent, site-based position, working Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30.
Pay, benefits and more:
- We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000.00, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Applying people policies and processes, ensuring the integrity of local people practices within the site/contract – escalating where required
- Active involvement in supporting the engagement and wellbeing strategy across the site including million hours mission
- Ensure accurate operation of HR system and time and attendance system and other applicable systems
- Monitoring of key metrics, such as turnover, retention rates and absence reporting, taking action where required
- Manage any employee relations caseload efficiently and effectively, maintaining consistency across the sites

What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Ideally qualification of CIPD Level 5 or working towards
- Previous HR Advisor experience
- Previous experience of providing employment law and best practice advice
- Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
