We are supporting a well-established educational organisation with the recruitment of a Temporary HR Administrator to provide cover during a period of planned absence.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a busy and supportive environment, providing administrative support across a range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- HR administration and employee record management
- Maintaining personnel files and documentation
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
- General administrative and filing duties
- Assisting with day-to-day HR processes and enquiries
- Accurate data entry and systems management

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous HR administration experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of SIMS and/or other education-based management systems
- Experience within a school, academy, or educational setting would be highly advantageous
Additional Information
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm preferred
- Flexible and part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate
- Handover period available prior to commencement
- Immediate start required
