HR Advisor (Employee Relations)
Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + bonus & benefits
About the Role
Join a leading London-based transport organisation and play a key role in delivering expert Employee Relations support across a fast-paced business.
Responsibilities
- This role sits in the business facing side of HR, with a view to primarily supporting the Operations side of the business, alongside the wider HR Team.
- Your specialist area and focus will be all things Employee Relations, providing comprehensive advice and service across the varied departments of the business.
- Provide frequent coaching and guidance to the business' managers on our policies and processes.
- Support on the wide range of projects that HR implement on an annual basis.
- Be the first port of call for a lot of our employees and be comfortable operating in this space.

Candidate Profile
Essential
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Employee Relations experience, with the ability to manage complex cases independently.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting managers and/or junior HR colleagues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A professional, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing and delivering people management training.
