Job Description: HR Advisor
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work within a team of Advisors to provide high-quality, operational HR support across our schools, helping managers navigate a wide range of people matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, Trust policies, and safer recruitment requirements. Acting as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for managers, you will support employee relations casework, absence management, family-friendly processes, recruitment, onboarding, and staff wellbeing, while promoting consistent and compliant HR practices across the Trust.
Working closely with school leaders, School Business Managers, and the wider HR team, you will coach and guide colleagues, contribute to HR projects and service improvements, and play a key role in safeguarding and workforce compliance. This varied and rewarding role requires strong relationship-building skills, sound HR knowledge, and the ability to provide practical, solution-focused advice that supports both managers and employees while helping to drive a positive and effective people-focused culture across the Trust.
