1 DAY WFH | £34,000-£36,000
Looking for a HR/People role that gives you more than just ER casework?
Our client is growing its highly respected People team and is looking for a HR/People Advisor to join them at an exciting time of development.
This is a genuinely varied HR Generalist role where you’ll work closely with managers across the business, while getting involved in projects that actually make a difference.
What you’ll be doing:
- Employee Relations & management support
- Stakeholder management across multiple departments
- Learning & Development
- Payroll responsibilities
- Wellbeing initiatives
- HR projects & process improvements
- Policy development
- Management coaching
- Supporting operational sites and Head Office teams

What they’re looking for:
- HR Generalist experience
- Strong ER and stakeholder management experience
- Confident advising and constructively challenging managers
- Commercial, organised and proactive
- Naturally personable with strong relationship-building skills
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it
- Multi-site/operational experience is a bonus
