HR Advisor Role
This HR Advisor role offers the opportunity to support a diverse client base with a wide range of employee relations and employment law matters within a fast-paced HR consultancy environment. Description
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide practical solutions.
- Support learning and development activities within the organisation.
Profile
A Successful HR Advisor Should Have
- A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in providing advice on employee relations matters.
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £37,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in Manchester.
- 5 days in the office.
- Competitive benefits package.
