12-Month FTC

North Leicestershire

Onsite

Loom Talent are currently partnering with a fast-paced, blue-collar organisation based in North Leicestershire who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 12-month FTC.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll join a close-knit HR team of around four, supporting a site of approximately 1,000 employees. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to get involved in both the day-to-day HR operation and wider projects across the business.

  • Be proactive in ensuring HR policies and procedures remain up to date, effective and fit for purpose.
  • Manage day-to-day HR activity while supporting key projects and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a key link between the site teams and central functions including Talent, Learning & Development and Payroll, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.
  • Take ownership of employee relations cases, providing sound HR advice to managers and coaching them on best practice.
  • Support the wider HR team in delivering a consistent, high-quality HR service across the site.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
