HR Advisor / People Advisor
Initial 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract - Salary up to £37k based on experience, plus benefits
Hybrid Role
3 days per week in the central Lincoln office. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.
About the Role
A successful organisation are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 6 month fixed term basis. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you will be responsible for:

- Employee relations / ER casework (absence, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working etc.)
- TUPE transfers
- Implementing HR initiatives
- Supporting managers with knowledge around employment law and legislation
- Maintaining accurate HR data and reporting
- Investigation meetings

To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor or ER Advisor role
- Exposure to supporting with TUPE transfers
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and employment law
- Background in handling ER casework
- Strong communication skills
- Access to a vehicle should site visits be required
