As a HR Advisor
You will provide expert HR support across employee relations, recruitment, performance, and compliance, partnering with leaders to drive engagement, manage change, support growth, and deliver people-focused business outcomes.

An established organisation in the industrial and manufacturing sector, located near Sidcup, providing products and solutions to a broad range of industries worldwide.
Description
- Provide expert employee relations advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with managers to deliver effective people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR policies, and company procedures.
- Manage performance review processes and support capability improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.
- Support organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE, and growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, providing insights and workforce metrics.
- Assist with learning and development programmes to build organisational capability.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and value creation.

Profile
A Successful HR Advisor Should Have
- Proven HR advisory experience with strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.
- Be a confident communicator, able to influence and build trusted relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, understanding how HR supports business growth within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.
- Be highly organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Show resilience and adaptability, thriving in a changing environment and taking a pragmatic approach to solving people-related challenges.
