Ready to take the next step in your HR career?

At Gattaca, we're looking for an ambitious HR professional who has already built a solid foundation in Human Resources and is now ready to develop into a highly capable HR Advisor over the next few years. This is an ideal opportunity for someone currently working as an HR Assistant, People Administrator, or Junior HR Advisor who is passionate about people, employee relations, and delivering an exceptional HR service.

The successful candidate will be supported to complete their CIPD Level 5 qualification and gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities and employee relations casework.

This isn't just a job. It's a genuine development opportunity for someone who sees HR as their long-term career and wants to grow with us over the next three years and beyond, during an exciting period of growth and success. You'll also be joining a team that was recently recognised as Team of the Year at our company awards, reflecting the impact, collaboration, and service excellence that the team delivers across the business.

The Role

Working as part of our HR Operations team within our wider People team, you'll provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, whilst developing your knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practice.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support managers with people-related queries and HR processes.
  • Assist with employee relations matters including absence, performance, conduct, and wellbeing cases.
  • Manage and respond to HR queries, ensuring a great employee experience.
  • Support employee benefits administration and annual benefits activities.
  • Contribute to wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities, and HR projects.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted point of contact for managers and employees.
  • Learn how to coach and influence managers to make effective people decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
