Please note for this role you will need the ability to travel independently and in a timely manner across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to meet strict time deadlines.
Base options: Cambridge, Huntingdon or Peterborough.
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? We have a great opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our team! This role can be offered as a band 5 development opportunity. Alternatively, this can be offered as a band 6 role for candidates with the required skills & experience.

This is a development post, if you are appointed as a Band 5, you will be provided with a list of competencies to complete and an agreed timescale in which to complete these, up to a maximum of 12mths. Competencies will be reviewed in your supervisions and appraisals. Only on successful completion of these competencies, you will progress to a Band 6.

As a HR Advisor, you will provide a generalist Human Resources (HR) service to the Trust as part of the Operational HR Team.
- You will play a key role in providing expert advice and support across the Trust on all aspects of HR including employee relations, terms and conditions and policy implementation.
- You will work closely with managers to ensure best practice is followed and help create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
