Location: Ipswich
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday role
Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a generalist HR professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting managers, and delivering practical HR solutions across a fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
- Support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, and interview coordination.
- Produce HR reports and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects, policies, and continuous improvement activities.

About You
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified or equivalent HR experience.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience advising managers on employee relations matters.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
