Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next contract opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, values-driven organisation for an experienced HR professional to provide hands-on support during a busy period of organisational change.
This is a permanent role working predominantly remotely, with travel to the Bristol office approximately one day per week as required.
The Role
Working within a friendly and experienced HR team, you will provide pragmatic, but sensitive HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing a varied Employee Relations caseload including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance issues.
- Providing advice and coaching to managers on HR best practice and UK employment legislation.
- Supporting employee consultations and organisational change activities.
- Assisting with TUPE and restructuring processes where required.
- Preparing HR documentation, letters and case files, ensuring legal compliance and consistency.
- Building strong relationships with managers to deliver practical HR solutions and a high-quality HR service.

About You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role with strong Employee Relations exposure.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting managers through complex ER matters with confidence and professionalism.
- Previous experience of TUPE transfers and/or organisational restructures would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) is desirable.
- The ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a remote team.
