Your new company
Our client is looking for a temporary HR Advisor for approximately 6 months to support a key client group within the organisation with employee relations. The client group delivers operations for the business, making this a very hands-on HR/ER role where you will be supporting various managers with a busy caseload ranging from low level ER cases, through to more complex matters.
Your new role
You will provide advice and guidance to your stakeholders on ER matters and will coach them through investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes and ongoing performance issues.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor who can strike a balance between interpreting policy and also doing the right thing for all involved. This is not an organisation that uses policy as a rulebook. Therefore, we need someone who is confident in presenting risk and facts to managers but who isn't afraid to challenge their thinking and present pragmatic advice when required.
