Employee Relations Advisor Opportunity
Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional seeking a new opportunity within the vibrant leisure sector? What will the Employee Relations Advisor role involve?
- Providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal compliance
- Managing complex ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence issues, with a focus on fair and consistent outcomes
- Collaborating with managers to develop strategies that promote positive employee engagement and organisational wellbeing
- Supporting and guiding line managers through sensitive investigations and decision-making processes
- Contributing to the development and implementation of ER policies and initiatives, fostering a proactive approach to employee management

Suitable Candidate For The Employee Relations Advisor Vacancy
- Proven experience managing complex employment relations casework, ideally within a sizeable organisation
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels
- Resilience and professionalism when handling sensitive and challenging situations
- A proactive thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
