Are you a proactive HR professional looking to make a real impact? We are seeking a customer-focused Human Resources Advisor to join our team and provide professional HR support across a wide range of people matters.

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will provide high-quality HR advice and support to managers and employees across a range of people-related matters, delivering expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. You will play a key role in delivering an effective HR service, including sickness absence, probation, flexible working and family leave, driving best practice, and helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

We are looking for someone with experience in a generalist HR role, a strong understanding of employment law, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will be organised, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload while delivering a high-quality service. A CIPD qualification, or working towards one, is desirable.
