Overview
As the UK's largest specialist baby & nursery retailer, and a business that supplies our award-winning products, that we design and bring to life, to over 20 countries around the world, we now employ over 1,200 incredible colleagues across our Mamas & Papas stores, concessions, head office, warehouse & Distributions, plus UK wholesale & international teams.

The role of HR ADVISOR
Life sometimes presents the unexpected, so as an HR / ER Advisor this role will not only have a strong end-to-end Employee Relations focus (c50% of role), but a proactive approach to HR projects, root cause analysis, strategies and in developing centres of excellence through people.

This HR Advisor role is a role designed to make a difference across:
- Employee Relations
- HR Operations
- Colleague Support & Coaching
- Compliance & Governance
- HR & ER Projects
- HR & ER Continuous Improvement
We’re a close-knit, fast-paced, HR (“People & Experience”) Team who work extremely hard, where we have a lot of fun and laughter along the way.
