An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a large, complex organisation in a generalist People Advisory role.
Working as part of a supportive People team, you will partner with managers across multiple sites, providing expert advice on a wide range of employee relations and workforce matters.
This is an ideal opportunity for a confident HR Advisor looking to further develop their experience within a fast-paced environment, handling complex casework whilst contributing to wider people initiatives and organisational change projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and performance issues.
- Support and lead investigations, hearings and formal casework.
- Coach managers to build confidence and capability in managing people matters.
- Advise on organisational change projects and workforce planning activities.
- Deliver HR policy guidance, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
- Analyse workforce data and produce reports to support decision-making.
- Design and deliver training sessions on people management topics.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, staff representatives and trade union partners.

About You
To be considered, you will have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (essential)
- Proven experience in a HR Advisory or People Advisor role
- Strong employee relations case management experience
- Experience supporting investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using HR systems and producing workforce reports
- The ability to work independently whilst managing a varied workload

Additional Information
- Immediate start available
- Fixed-term contract running until the end of 2027
- Travel between multiple sites is a core requirement of the role
