At CES Power, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys building strong relationships across the business, and has solid payroll experience alongside their HR expertise.

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative HR team, working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across the employee lifecycle while helping to deliver an accurate and efficient payroll service.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Confident with payroll processes and administration.
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys partnering with managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and complies with data protection requirements.
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as preparing job adverts, arranging interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
  • Help to prepare offer letters, contracts of employment, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support the induction process for new starters.
  • Assist with payroll input and processing, including inputting starter, leaver, and change information for submission to the external payroll provider, and checking payroll reports for accuracy.
  • Update HR systems and help to produce regular reports and statistics.
  • Support the coordination of staff training and maintain training records.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Respond to basic HR-related queries from employees in a professional and confidential manner.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related subject.
  • Previous HR experience essential.
  • Previous payroll experience essential.
