I’m partnering with a well-established professional services business to recruit a People Advisor – Europe to join their collaborative European People Team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR/People Advisor who already has exposure to supporting employees and managers across multiple European countries and is looking to further develop their international HR experience.
The role will cover:
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across Europe
- Supporting Employee Relations matters including absence, performance and probation
- Managing the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding
- Supporting the administration of European employee benefits
- Working closely with Payroll and People Operations
- Exposure to Global Mobility, EOR arrangements and European People projects
- Supporting continuous improvement across People processes and the employee experience

We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a People Advisor / HR Advisor or similar
- Experience supporting employees across multiple European countries
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Employee lifecycle and benefits administration experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to Global Mobility and/or EOR would be a real advantage
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience would be desirable
