As an HR Advisor in Glasgow

As an HR Advisor in Glasgow, you'll provide comprehensive HR support to ensure the smooth running of the human resources function in the industrial and manufacturing industry. From advising on policies to supporting employee relations, you'll play a key role in fostering a productive workplace.

This role is within the industrial and manufacturing industry and is based in Glasgow.

Description

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
  • Support employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Advise on employment law and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
  • Provide HR reporting and analytics to assist in decision-making processes.

A successful HR Advisor should have:
