Are you an experienced HR Advisor ready for your next challenge in a fast-moving, people-focused industry? Pilgrim’s Europe is looking for a confident and proactive HR professional to join our Agriculture team supporting our Poultry & Pig Operations.

Working as part of a friendly team, the HR Advisor is a credible and proactive member of the HR Team supporting the Senior HR Advisor and HR Business Partner with managing the day-to-day HR operation through the delivery of an effective and efficient generalist HR advisory service, that is both in line with best practice and meets both the company’s objectives and wider legal requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality HR support to managers and colleagues across a number of agricultural sites
  • Coaching leaders to get the best from their teams and supporting them with employee relations, engagement, and performance matters
  • Leading and advising on a wide range of ER cases including investigations, disciplinary, absence and capability
  • Supporting site changes, continuous improvement initiatives and workforce planning
  • Delivering HR processes with pace and accuracy in a highly dynamic operation
  • Championing positive culture, engagement and wellbeing across our Agriculture teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a fast-paced HR Advisor role—ideally within manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG or a similarly dynamic industry
  • Solid ER experience with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • Confidence to work autonomously while building strong relationships
  • A resilient, solutions-focused approach and the drive to get things done

The role is based at Anwick, Sleaford with occasional travel required to our other Agri sites therefore a driving license is essential.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 08.45 to 17.00 and Friday 08.45 to 15.45.
