HR Advisor

📍 Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan ¦ Full Time ¦ Permanent

Are you passionate about people and employee relations?

Pilgrim's Europe is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Carrickmacross. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, providing expert HR support and helping drive a positive workplace culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities
  • Conduct investigations and support formal HR processes
  • Coach managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
  • Monitor HR metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR and company policies
  • Help deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist position
  • Strong employee relations and case management experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
