Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a short-term opportunity to make a big impact?

Our client, a dynamic player in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their team for a temporary assignment for around 3 months. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for employee relations, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As an HR Advisor, you'll jump straight into action, providing essential support to the HR team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling employee relations (ER) cases with confidence and expertise
  • Managing disciplinary and grievances effectively
  • Attending and supporting HR meetings, offering strategic advice
  • Drafting outcome letters and ensuring clear communication

  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role
  • The ability to work independently without extensive guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Be able to work at least 1 later shift per week to around 7pm/8pm to support with the late shift workers on site - you would start later this day.
