HR Advisor – Leading Law Firm
London | Hybrid Working
Our client, a leading London law firm, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join its HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong HR experience gained specifically within a law firm who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and providing hands-on support to partners, managers, and employees.
Please note: Previous law firm experience is essential for this role. Applications from candidates without law firm experience will not be progressed.

The Role Will Include:
- Providing day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees
- Supporting employee relations matters
- Managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Assisting with performance management and absence cases
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and inductions
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and the wider HR team
- Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records
We’re Looking For:
- Previous HR experience within a law firm
- Experience operating at HR Advisor level, or a strong HR Assistant/Coordinator ready to progress
- Good knowledge of UK employment practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with partners, lawyers, and senior stakeholders
