We’re partnering with a leading organisation within a highly regulated and complex sector to recruit an HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong employee relations experience who is looking to take the next step in their career with a business that actively invests in development and promotes from within.
Working closely with managers and employees across a large operational workforce, you’ll play a key role in supporting people initiatives, delivering expert HR advice, and managing a varied ER caseload. This role would suit a confident HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building strong relationships across the business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a broad range of employee relations cases from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.
- Coaching and supporting managers on HR best practice and employment law.
- Leading investigations and ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
- Supporting employee engagement, performance management, and people initiatives.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects and helping shape HR processes.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a People Advisor or HR Advisor role.
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage complex casework independently.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) would be advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, as occasional travel may be required.
