Temporary HR Advisor
Location: TN9, Tonbridge
Contract: Temporary / Interim
Hours: Full-time (flexible/hybrid options may be available)
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy and supportive HR team on a temporary basis in Tonbridge. This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and confident in managing a broad HR generalist remit.
Day-to-day Of The Role
- Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers across the business.
- Support employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Update HR systems and maintain accurate records.
- Support the implementation of policies and HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confidence in managing ER cases independently.
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Available at short notice or immediately.
