HR Advisor 12-month FTC North Leicestershire Onsite
Loom Talent are currently partnering with a fast-paced blue-collar organisation based in North Leicestershire who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team, initially on a 12-month FTC. This will report to the HR Business Partner and work as part of a team of around 4 supporting the site headcount of c1000 employees.
The Role
- Build strong relationships with managers to understand their specific HR needs and provide practical, commercially focused HR advice.
- Be proactive and ensure policies and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose.
- Management of day-to-day HR activities supporting on key projects and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
- Act as the link between site teams and the central functions such as Talent, Learning & Development, and Payroll - ensuring everyone has the same objectives and are working towards the same outcome.
- Ownership of employee relations cases, providing sound HR advice to managers and coaching on best practice.

- Ideally qualified in or working towards CIPD.
- 2-3 years in a similar ER focused position.
- Happy with the onsite nature of the role.
- Experience working in a busy blue-collar organisation.
