Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with a purpose-driven organisation? We're supporting a well-established national not-for-profit organisation to recruit an HR Advisor on a 20-hour per week fixed-term contract until December. This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional who enjoys partnering with managers, providing expert employee relations advice, and supporting organisational change.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you'll provide advice and guidance across a broad range of HR matters, including:

- Managing employee relations cases including absence, performance and capability issues
- Supporting managers with workforce planning, recruitment and talent management
- Advising on organisational design and team structures
- Producing HR reports and insights to support decision-making
- Coaching and guiding managers on HR policies and best practice
- Supporting wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We're keen to hear from HR professionals who have:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
- Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD (desirable)
