Join Playdale Playgrounds, a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of outdoor playground equipment enjoyed by children in over 50 countries worldwide. We're looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to support our people agenda and help ensure a positive, compliant and engaging workplace.

What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development activities.
- Manage employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
- Maintain HR systems, records and reporting.
- Assist with payroll, training coordination and HR improvement projects.
- Support Health & Safety compliance, employee wellbeing initiatives and site-based activities.
- Act as a key point of contact for HR and people-related queries across the business.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer or similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience handling employee relations cases.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A professional, confidential and proactive approach.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- CIPD qualified
- Health & Safety knowledge or experience would be advantageous.
