Job Description

As part of Mondelēz International Digital Services, this role will focus on HR Project Support, providing HR Generalist and Employee Relations support to transformation projects, as well as collaborating with the broader People Team.
How you will contribute
- Work closely with Functional UK&I BU People lead, wider people lead team & People experience BU lead to plan, prepare for and execute medium and large-scale HR transformation projects
- Coordination of collective consultation process
- Manage comms efforts including meeting admin and maintenance of all channels, materials and announcements
- Provide ER support and guidance to PL and managers on complex issues
- Proactive "issue identification/escalation point of contact"
- Work closely with advisors from different HR workstreams to drive E2E project execution
- Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process efficiency to improve Employee experience
- Deliver people practices in line with all local legal/regulatory frameworks

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal
- People Processes and HR Systems including Workday, Service Now
- Participation as a support or lead for small or medium HR projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent problem-solving skills
- Coaching, motivating, and guiding/coaching others - including managers and leaders
Desirable
- Experience working with HR Transformations within the UK&I market
- Knowledge of UK&I country specific People Policies and Procedures including Employee Relations
More about this role
- Travel requirements: candidate must have availability for occasional business trips within the UK.
- Work schedule: standard working hours (Mon-Fri), and hybrid working model.
- Important: this is a fixed-term contract, with duration of 9-months.
- Primary Location: Bournville, UK. Alternative UK locations may be considered.
- The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
