Job Description

We are looking for applications from HR Professionals to join our team on a fixed term contract or secondment for 26.5 hours per week. You will be able to confidently provide expert support and guidance to employee relations processes within the Trust, supporting managers, staff and colleagues to deliver timely, just and compliant resolutions of cases.

We work within a restorative, just and learning culture, across all our HR practices and processes. We are innovative and embrace change and are in the process of introducing an HR solution called EVA to improve the service we provide to stakeholders and colleagues within the Trust. We routinely capture data and you will be expected to analyse and identify trends and work with the Business Partner team to identify solutions.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience of working within a unionised, high-volume environment managing a complex ER caseload. Experience of working within the NHS would be an advantage although not essential.

Role Details

This role is working in between several sites including Peterborough City Hospital with the requirement to travel to our other sites including Hinchingbrooke Hospital and Stamford Hospital. We operate a hybrid working arrangement and provide cover on all sites on a rotational basis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
