Description

  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation effectively.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and training plans.
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to support decision-making within the HR team.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Must drive and have a car.
  • Previous experience in a human resources role within the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
