HR Advisors - Organisational Change Programme

We are seeking experienced HR Advisors to support an organisational change programme. Working as part of a dedicated HR project team, you will provide hands-on support across restructures, consultation exercises, redundancy programmes, redeployment activity, and employee relations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with experience of delivering complex workforce change within a complex unionised environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of large-scale organisational change and restructuring programmes.
  • Coordinate and administer consultation processes, including collective and individual consultations.
  • Provide advice and guidance on redundancy, voluntary redundancy (VR), redeployment, and workforce change procedures.
  • Manage a varied caseload of complex employee relations matters, including settlement agreements and change-related cases.
  • Build effective relationships with Trade Unions, employee representatives, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare consultation documentation, letters, change proposals, and meeting records.
  • Ensure HR records and associated documentation are accurate, compliant, and delivered within tight timescales.
  • Support managers throughout the change process, providing practical and legally compliant HR advice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
