HR Advisor
Weston-super-Mare | Full-Time | Site-Based (5 Days Per Week)

We're partnering with a well-established and growing international organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team in Weston-super-Mare. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their generalist HR experience while working closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas.
Please note: this role is fully site-based in Weston-super-Mare, five days per week. It is not a hybrid or remote position. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site and travelling to other business locations when required.
The Opportunity
As HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR activities, helping to drive employee engagement, performance, talent development and organisational effectiveness.
This is a hands-on generalist role with exposure to both operational and project-based HR activity, offering excellent scope for development within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance management and people-related challenges.
- Support recruitment activities across a variety of roles, helping to attract and retain high-calibre talent.
- Manage and support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, career development initiatives, employee engagement and offboarding.
- Assist with disciplinary, capability and attendance management processes.
- Support employee engagement, recognition and retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and documentation remain accurate, compliant and up to date.
- Produce and analyse HR metrics and management information.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Support business-wide HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and engaging HR professional who enjoys being visible within the business and partnering closely with managers.
You'll ideally have:
- CIPD Level 3, Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification.
- Experience within a generalist HR Advisor or HR Officer role.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and practical experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Good reporting and HR systems experience.
- The flexibility to travel occasionally to other UK sites when required.

Location
Weston-super-Mare
This role is fully office/site based, Monday to Friday, and would suit candidates who value being close to the business, building strong relationships face-to-face, and playing an active role in company culture.
