HR Advisor Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a well-established people team based in the South Manchester area. This is a true generalist role where you will deliver a proactive, professional, and commercially driven HR service to the business.
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for Managers on all employee relations issues, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance-related issues
- Preparation of documentation, attending HR meetings, and ensuring outcomes are implemented effectively
- Supporting Managers with the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an efficient onboarding process
- Ensuring accurate administration of employee lifecycle changes
- Continually reviewing HR policies and procedures, in line with legislative changes
- Driving the delivery of learning, engagement, and well-being initiatives
- Producing HR reports with analysis for the broader business
