Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our HR Advisory team on a fixed-term basis until March 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a large, global, matrixed organisation while playing a key role in supporting our Change and Transformation programme.
Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders across the business, providing high-quality HR advice and hands-on support across a wide range of employee relations and change activities.
This role offers exceptional visibility, giving you the chance to build relationships with senior stakeholders across HR and the wider operational business, while developing your expertise in complex case management and organisational change.
Some Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing timely, pragmatic advice across disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases
- Manage and support complex ER cases, ensuring consistency, risk management and best practice
- Support and lead elements of our Change & Transformation initiatives, including restructuring and organisational change activity
- Build strong relationships with managers, providing coaching and guidance to upskill capability in people management
- Contribute to the development of manager toolkits, training sessions and HR resources to support a self-service model
- Partner with HR colleagues to deliver wider people initiatives, including engagement, talent and workforce planning
- Use data and insights to identify trends and inform proactive HR interventions
- Support wider HR Advisory team activity, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration across a busy function
- Travel to various UK sites as required to support business needs

About You
- Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced HR Advisory environment
- Strong employee relations experience, with confidence managing complex cases
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities with ease
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team where needed
- High attention to detail, discretion and professionalism
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) is desirable
