Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next opportunity?
We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Redhill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong employee relations experience who enjoys providing practical HR advice and support across a wide range of HR activities.
HR Advisor - Temporary
Redhill, Surrey
£17.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
Immediate Start | Up to August 2026
Must Have
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and leavers.
- Manage employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
- Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Support probation reviews and attendance management processes.
- Assist with recruitment activities during busy periods.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR role.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience handling employee relations cases.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
