We are partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join a high-performing People team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys operating in a true generalist capacity, partnering with managers and supporting the delivery of people initiatives across a geographically dispersed workforce. Working within a collaborative HR function, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations and people matters while contributing to key HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers a blend of operational and advisory responsibilities, making it ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters.
  • Supporting and coaching leaders on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance cases.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, employee engagement and offboarding activities.
  • Ensuring HR policies, procedures and practices remain compliant with current employment legislation and best practice.
  • Supporting organisational change, workforce planning and people-related projects.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and employee data across HR systems.
  • Producing HR reports and insights to support decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation and acting as a trusted advisor to managers.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
