About the Role:
Pineapple Recruitment are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Advisor – TUPE on behalf of our client based in Worcester. In this role you will take responsibility for the day-to-day performance, transactional service delivery, and operational management of the dedicated TUPE team.
You will play a central role in providing expert guidance and legal advice across the team, with a primary focus on bespoke measures letters, contesting the transfer of Long-Term Sick (LTS) employees, and ensuring Right to Work (RTW) and DBS compliance.
Operating in a fast-paced environment with high-volume TUPE activity year-round, you will ensure company policies and compliance processes are rigorously adhered to while providing exceptional customer service, objectivity, and professionalism across the full employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision & Guidance: Supervise the operation of the TUPE team, ensuring team members receive regular coaching, support, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of TUPE regulations.
- Stakeholder & Sales Alignment: Build strong working relationships with Sales & Operations teams to track and obtain incoming contract win projections.
- ELI & Data Analysis: Upon contract awards, liaise with incoming entities to obtain Employee Liability Information (ELI). Review and analyse ELI data, contracts, and terms to identify discrepancies, challenge data disputes, and advise the HR Service Centre Manager on appropriate actions.
- Measures & Consultation: Draft and administer bespoke measures letters for transferring employees, attend consultation meetings as required, and provide clear information regarding legal requirements and implications.
- Compliance & Legal Focus: Handle complex transfer nuances including contesting the transfer of LTS cases, maintaining strict RTW & DBS compliance, and keeping accurate records in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with changes in TUPE legislation, guidelines, and best practices, offering proactive recommendations to enhance internal procedures.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- TUPE Expertise: Proven experience in managing both TUPE In and TUPE Out administration from end to end.
- Leadership Capabilities: Prior experience supervising the work of others or acting in a senior capacity to handle complex escalations.
- Communication & Focus: Highly customer-focused with an exceptional professional telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize heavy workloads in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Mindset: A natural problem-solver who is energetic, enthusiastic, passionate, and brings a collaborative "can-do" attitude to supporting colleagues and stakeholders.
