Kettering
Up to £30,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you an HR Generalist who genuinely enjoys variety?
Do you thrive in a role where you're recruiting in the morning, supporting an employee relations issue before lunch, onboarding a new starter in the afternoon and helping with a HR project before heading home?
If that sounds like your kind of day, we'd love to hear from you.
We're working with an established business in Kettering looking to add an experienced HR Advisor to their friendly HR team. Supporting around 180 employees, you'll be involved in every aspect of the employee lifecycle and play a key role in keeping the HR function running smoothly.
This isn't a role where you'll become pigeonholed into one area. Instead, you'll gain exposure across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, training, absence management, redundancies and TUPE.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
