Role And Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor absence and support wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide HR reporting and support people-focused projects.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Must have at least 2 years experience working within a HR environment
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Experience in a busy manufacturing environment is essential
