Role: HR Advisor

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire (Hybrid)
Job type: Full time, 12 month FTC

I'm excited to be partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a varied and rewarding generalist role. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers across a range of employee relations matters, including absence management, performance, conduct, grievance and disciplinary issues.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for HR support.
  • Manage recruitment activities across a variety of roles, including supporting hiring managers, coordinating recruitment processes and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support the delivery of HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist with organisational change projects, restructures and transformation programmes.
  • Provide support and guidance on TUPE-related activity where required.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR reporting and people analytics.
  • Review and support the development of HR policies, procedures and best practice.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership teams to drive positive people outcomes and support business objectives.

The Right Candidate

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role with strong exposure to employee relations.
  • Proven ability to deliver sound, pragmatic HR advice while balancing employee needs with commercial priorities.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, organisational change or TUPE projects would be highly advantageous.
  • A confident problem solver who enjoys finding practical solutions and taking ownership of challenges.
  • Commercially aware, mature in their approach, and capable of making balanced decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above).
