Job Description

A leading global asset management firm is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support its Europe and APAC offices, within its London-based HR team. Working closely with two fantastic HR Business Partners and the wider people operations team you will help deliver a smooth and engaging employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle, supporting colleagues across the UK, Europe and APAC. You will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional with a strong operational foundation who is ready to take ownership, build their expertise and contribute to continuous improvement within an international, fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely, professional and solutions-focused support on HR queries.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation, including contracts, employment letters, certificates and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within Workday, supporting payroll, reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure employee records and digital personnel files are complete, accurate and maintained to a high standard.
  • Support monthly payroll processes by providing accurate HR data and working closely with internal and external payroll partners.
  • Coordinate HR workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and data quality.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, particularly those focused on process optimisation, automation and HR systems.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across HR and the wider business, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Payroll, Compliance, and Health & Safety.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
