You will also act as a deputy for the HR Director and provide operational support to the Recruitment and HR Administration teams whilst contributing to the delivery of a high quality integrated HR service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly monitor and report on team performance and advisory metrics to the HR Director.
  • Act as the senior point of expertise for complex and high-risk ER matters, handling disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and redundancy processes.

  • Provide support and guidance to the Recruitment and HR Administration Teams on policy matters, complex queries, and process improvements.
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with organisational workforce planning needs.
  • Maintain HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Excel to analyse and present workforce data.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards, offering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead on HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, particularly within the advisory and ER space.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
