Role: HR AI Analyst

Location: London
Contract: Permanent
Reports to: HR Lead
Salary: £45,000-55,000 plus bonus

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Analyst to join a growing HR Technology & Change function within a complex international organisation.

The role will focus on the data, processes, content and governance required to support the effective and responsible use of AI across HR.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to improve data quality, document and standardise HR processes, maintain policies and guidance, and support AI governance activities. The position also offers excellent exposure to wider HR technology and transformation projects, with opportunities to develop your skills as the organisation's AI capability continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data quality assessments and identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support root-cause analysis and track data issues through to resolution.
  • Map and document HR processes, including workflows, decision points, and exceptions.
  • Identify process inconsistencies and support standardisation and improvement activity.
  • Assess processes and data for AI readiness.
  • Maintain HR policies, guidance, and knowledge content, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the application of AI governance and control frameworks.
  • Maintain relevant governance, compliance, and audit documentation.
  • Support assessments of AI use cases across data, process, and governance requirements.
  • Produce reporting and analysis to highlight data quality and process performance.
  • Work collaboratively with HR, technology, and project teams.
  • Contribute to wider HR technology and transformation initiatives.

What They're Looking For

  • 2–4 years' experience in data analysis, data quality, business analysis, process documentation, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify issues and trends.
  • Experience mapping and documenting business processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in AI, data governance, and HR technology.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop.
