An incredibly unique and future-thinking HR/AI role that will help define future HR processes and automation....
We’re working with a pioneering boutique bank and an HR Director who is genuinely ahead of the curve in recognizing how AI is going to reshape HR and the wider organization. They have created a new, blended role that very few HR functions have formally defined yet. This could be the opportunity to become one of the leading people in defining what the next generation of HR functions actually looks like.
The Opportunity:
HR AI & Automation Specialist
This is an opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in HR who has developed a genuine reputation for being AI-literate, curious and excited about what’s possible and eager to propel things forward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
